~ Pumpkin Custard

Description:
Eggy and sweet custard~

Ingredients (3 servings):
650 g pumpkin, chopped into large chunks
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
1 egg
1/4c water (omit water)

Directions:
1) Boil pumpkin chunks till soft.
2) Blend pumpkin with condensed milk, egg and water.
3) Steam for 20 min, and serve warm or chilled.

Remarks:
I should have omitted the water as it made the custard a tad too liquidy, and the egg seemed to be too overpowering. Nevertheless, it's not a bad idea to get some Vitamin A into one's diet!
