~ Stirfried French Beans and Carrots

Description:
Darkened crunchy french beans and grated carrots~

Ingredients (2 servings):
2 tsp oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
200 g french beans, cut into 1" length
1 carrot, grated
1/4 C water
1 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp dark soy sauce

Directions:
1) Heat oil and stir fry garlic till fragrant.
2) Stir fry french beans for 5 min, stir in water and then simmer for another 5 min.
3) Mix in the carrots, soy sauce and dark soy sauce, and simmer for 5 min. Serve.

Remarks:
From my dinner preparation today, it suggested that I love dark-sauced food alot. This one's definitely isn't an exception! I would think that the addition of an egg would make things a whole lot fragrant (it's still delectable this way actually).
