~ Cereal Fruit Smoothie

Description:
Breakfast drink loaded with all the good stuff~

Ingredients (1 serving):
1 C (150g) berry yoghurt
1/4 C milk
2 tbsp cereal
1 orange
1 apple

Directions:
1) Blend all ingredients together. Sprinkle with some cereal before serving.

Remarks:
Stole the idea of incorporating some toasted carbohydrates into a fruit smoothie from EatingWell.com. It's not a bad idea - tasted something like sweet puke to me, but it's really just mushed-up cereal with milk and fruits.
