Ingredients (toast):
1 tbsp butter
1 slice bread
1 egg
Pepper to taste

185 g canned chilli tuna (retain sauce)
1/2 head broccoli
1/2 head cauliflower
2 medium onions, diced
Directions (toast):
1. Create a hole in the middle of the bread, using a cookie cutter or simply a mug. Butter both sides of the bread.
2. Fry lightly on one side of the bread, and turn over. Crack the egg into the hole and cook for 3 min with the lid on till egg is set. Season with pepper and serve warm.

1. Blanch veggies - cauliflower for 5-8 min while broccoli for 2-3 min. Dice.
2. In a large bowl, toss together the chilli tuna, broccoli, cauliflower and onions. Serve as side.
Remarks:
These are for a Saturday's brunch, with other additions like mixed nuts, boiled carrots, toasted cheesy tomato and banana. I find the dishes alright, but my family did not really appreciate them. Guess I wouldn't be making these again to avoid unnecessary nagging and insults.
